You all know us well enough to know we will find any excuse to make a party. This time we didn't have to. After the new roof was installed Jaime, our extraordinary contractor and Caesar, our fabulous plumber did it for us. Caesar brought in a shipment of 30 lbs. of Louisiana Crawfish and Jaime fired up the grill and voila...Cajun happiness in a pot. Our first BBQ. I didn't have to shop, cook or clean up. Doesn't get better than this. A great kick-off to the Memorial Day Weekend.Enjoy. Big HUG from the "Left" Coast.
